This Privacy Policy explains how MSA Focus International Limited ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use Buzzflo Social Hub (the "Service").

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

Account information. Name, work email address and organisation of users we create accounts for.

Connected platform data. When you connect a social media or advertising account, we access data from that platform on your behalf, which may include: page and profile details, posts you publish through us, engagement and audience metrics, and advertising campaign performance data.

Access tokens. Credentials issued by the platform when you authorise the connection, used only to perform actions you request.

Usage data. Logs of activity within the Service for security, troubleshooting and audit purposes.

Publicly available content. Publicly accessible information such as trending topics and public video metadata, obtained through official platform APIs and public feeds, used to produce trend reports.

3. How we use information

To publish and schedule content you ask us to publish
To display analytics and insights about your own accounts
To create, manage and report on advertising campaigns you authorise
To generate trend and topic reports
To operate, secure, support and improve the Service
To comply with legal obligations

4. What we do not do

We do not sell your data.
We do not share platform data with third parties for their own advertising or marketing purposes.
We do not combine one client's data with another client's data.
We do not access accounts you have not explicitly connected and authorised.

5. Automated processing

We use third-party large language model services to summarise content and classify sentiment and topics. Content may be transmitted to these providers solely for that processing. We do not permit these providers to use your content to train their models.

6. Sharing and service providers

We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the Service — including cloud hosting, database hosting and the automated processing described above — and where required by law. These providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.

7. International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside Malaysia. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection.

8. Data retention

We retain connected-account data for as long as your account is active. When you disconnect an account, associated access tokens are deleted and platform data is removed within 30 days, unless we are required to keep it by law. Aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be retained.

9. Security

We apply access controls, encryption in transit, and restricted internal access to credentials. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you of any breach affecting it as required by law.

10. Your rights

Under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 — and other applicable law — you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent. Contact marketing@msafocus.com. See also our data deletion instructions.

11. Children

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at anyone under 18.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified to account holders, and the "last updated" date above will change.
