These Terms govern your use of Buzzflo Social Hub (the "Service"), provided by MSA Focus International Limited ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Buzzflo Social Hub is a social media management platform that allows you to publish content, view analytics, manage advertising campaigns, and monitor public trends for the accounts you connect and authorise.
Accounts are provided to organisations we contract with. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity carried out under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
To use the Service you connect accounts from third-party platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google and YouTube. You confirm that you are authorised to connect those accounts and to grant us permission to act on your behalf.
Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for changes those platforms make to their APIs, policies or availability, which may affect the Service.
You retain ownership of the content you publish through the Service. You grant us a limited licence to process and transmit that content solely to deliver the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful and does not infringe the rights of others.
You must not use the Service to:
Where the Service is used to manage advertising campaigns, all advertising costs are billed by the advertising platform directly to your own account. We are not responsible for advertising spend, campaign outcomes or platform billing disputes.
Fees, billing frequency and payment terms are set out in your service agreement with us.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may carry out maintenance, and we may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached, or if required by law or by a connected platform. On termination, data is handled as described in our data deletion instructions.
The Service is provided "as is". Insights, trends and automated analysis are provided for guidance only and may contain inaccuracies. You should not rely on them as the sole basis for business decisions.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified to account holders.
